Together with Red Bull Basement, we rolled into town with a mission: show up, plug in, and fix stuff.

Old cables, dead chargers, sad coffee makers—we gave them all a second life with our mobile repair unit: Cafe Reparo.

This wasn’t your average repair booth.

We converted an old wheelbarrow into a traveling hacker lab, loaded it with hand tools, a 3D printer, and prototyping gear. Then we hit some of Istanbul’s best tech, music, and culture events and started fixing—live, fast, and free.

Our volunteer team was on fire, using hacker logic and maker magic to bring broken gadgets back to life. Because we believe that when you fix something, you don’t just save it—you give it meaning.

So yeah, Cafe Reparo wasn’t just a repair station. It was a statement: Broken doesn’t mean useless. And fixing is the new flex.
