43 Backpacks. 1 Message. Education changes everything.
For World Children’s Day, we teamed up with UNICEF to deliver a bold and emotional statement—right in the heart of a high school in Istanbul.

We installed 43 school backpacks across the campus of Kadıköy Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. But these weren’t just bags.
They were symbols—of hope, access, dreams, and the power of education to rewrite futures.

Each backpack stood for a child whose life could be transformed through equal access to education. Through this simple yet powerful installation, we turned everyday objects into a visual call for action. We asked society to look, feel, and reflect.

The work remained open to the public for one month, sparking conversations and reminding us all: education isn’t a privilege. It’s a right.
With UNICEF, we’re proud to use the language of art to amplify the rights of children—and to keep building a world where every child gets to dream with open eyes.
